Jessica O'Herron

​Jessica is a multi-media artist who lives & works in the Hudson Valley. 'Jessibou' comes from twelve high school students who she led on a trip to Senegal. The students creatively mixed Jessica's American name and Senegalese name, Seynabou, to create Jessibou. Significantly influenced by her time in Senegal and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Jessica is a joyful artist who uses oils, acrylics, photography and woodworking to add joy to the world.
